Encouraging Thoughts

WE WILL RISE AGAIN !! 😃

A few days back, the world celebrated the resurrection day by commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. As we rejoice in His victory over death, do you realize that this triumph holds the promise of our own resurrection?

Jesus Christ rose again and yes, we will also rise again!

Death, a consequence of sin, doesn't end our existence; rather, every human being will live eternally, either in heaven where you will have eternal life and eternal joy OR in hell where you'll have eternal punishment and everlasting suffering.

Scripture tells us, If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9) i.e, saved from the eternal punishment in hell.

Jesus Himself proclaimed, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die" (i.e, second death/eternal punishment in hell) (John 11:25-26).

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

All these verses clearly tell what we have to do to have an everlasting life and to be saved from the penalty of sin.

Jesus Christ died on the cross for you and me, paving the way for our redemption. And His resurrection ensures our hope of rising again to join Him in heaven.

But the choice is yours. God has given us freewill. Do you want to rise again to be with Christ in heaven or in hell where there is suffering? Will you embrace the love and salvation offered by Jesus Christ?

The choice, is yours...
